A lengthy renovation by its English Architect owners has restored this three bedroom four bathroom apartment to its original splendour, so that when entering the apartment, time seems to revert to the heady days of the XVII Century, when noble Venetians displayed their wealth by way of lavishly extravagant interiors. Its central location, close to Piazza San Marco and the famous shopping street Via XXII Marzo, is one of the best in Venice.

 Behind the elegant and imposing white facade, two half flights of stairs lead to the apartment’s entrance. Double doors open onto a stunning central ballroom, with original stucco mouldings, delicately frescoed ceilings, and grandiose gilt mirrors. Six extensive French windows at the front of the room open onto a long balcony facing the lovely square and the Gritti Palace Hotel, while also enjoying side Grand Canal views.
